There is also a local hallway on the ground floor, very useful for storing sea equipment and more. Being on the first floor there is also a safety gate shelters from the stairs in case of small children.

The house consists of: living room / kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds for a total of 6 beds. We also have a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a huge shaded veranda with a table, chairs and a built-in seat.
The house is equipped with television, iron, microwave, wifi and air conditioning. It also has a huge garden and private parking space. Market and cafeteria at 100 meters.
Access to the shared swimming pools is reserved for our customers as well as the use of the outdoor shower.

Guests can use it from 8am to 9 pm. The only limited time is from 2pm till 4 pm when it is requested to avoid noises for afternoon relax.
Baia Turchese
Delightful two-room apartment inserted in the 'Baia Turchese' Village, completely renewed, surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the sea, composed of a living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large covered veranda with another kitchen , usable for eating on the terrace. Air conditioned in all apartment. The rooms have ceiling blades for greater ventilation.
Private parking is also available inside the village.
Bed linen and towels only on request: 30 euros total for each change to pay in cash when you arrive.
Included in the price, guests have a reserved entrance to the swimming pool with solarium open from June 1st until September 15th.
In addition you can pay if you want rent bicycles or booking tennis courts and soccer.
Inside the village you can find a children's play area, barbecue area and various other services.
In the village there is a dog area, a dog beach and between the village and the beach there are paths in the Mediterranean bush where you can walk.
Near the Village you can find a riding school.

POOL OPEN FROM 01 APRIL TO 31 OCTOBER.
It is a very well-kept single villa with a private salt water swimming pool: it consists of 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people and 1 sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower and outdoor hot shower.
A large furnished living room, TV and Wifi, air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine. The living room and kitchen overlook the patio where it is possible to eat with a sea view.
Surrounded by a large outdoor area where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the silence of nature.
"Villa Valeria" is located in the upper part of "Lu Fraili", a fraction of San Teodoro.
The enviable position of this villa between land and sea is made even more beautiful thanks to the many flowers and plants that adorn the garden.
The open sea view of the island of Molara and Punta di Capocodacavallo completes the beauty of this property, ideal for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday, but in absolute privacy and tranquillity.
Externally it is also possible to have lunch on a large stone table, positioned near the kitchen.
Standing on a hill, the villa is silent and surrounded by nature, but is still close to all the main services and to the center of San Teodoro where there are clubs, restaurants, discos and supermarkets.
About 1km down from the hill, however, there is a small market complete with everything, a rotisserie and a bar which, therefore, allow you to stock up on food without going to San Teodoro.

The house is located in Lutturai in the municipality of San Teodoro and 2 kilometers far from the most famous beach of Cala Brandinchi.
Very near you can also find many others wonderful beaches like Capo coda cavallo, La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Porto Taverna.
The small house has been completely renovated and has a small terrace furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments in the open air.
Inside, the house consists of an entrance hall, where you find the small fully equipped kitchen. There is currently no dishwasher. Then you have a living room with table and sofa which becomes a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a large new bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Being part of a larger property, the house has private parking inside and a view of the common greenery.
At 2 km you reach a market equipped with everything, a cafeteria, a rotisserie and in any case you are close to the center of San Teodoro famous for its restaurants,pubs, the characteristic evening market and its intense nightlife.
But for those who love tranquility it will be pleasant to return home in the silence and peace of the Sardinian night.
